This service is for those who need help in the creation of balance lunch boxes for their kids to bring to school.
Moreover, it can be usefull to match them with a structured setting of meals for all the family during the week.
Before the consultation, you will be asked to fill in the food diary.
During the interview it will not be necessary to take anthropometric measurements, we will discuss your habits and your kids taste and needs.
You will obtain a simple and practical guide about how to compose a balanced lunch box, some recipes and a weekly family meal plan. All the meal will follow the Mediterranean Diet guidelines.
